Central to Ecups business activities is the belief that we have a responsibility to care for and protect the environment in which we operate.  We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our business by monitoring how our practices impact on the environment, developing objectives and targets and applying best practice.

Our commitment is to:

·      Ensure efficient and economical use of raw materials and supplies

·      Purchase the most sustainable products available.

·      Minimise the carbon footprint of our business activities to meet with our company ethos

·      Manage waste generated from our business operations incorporating reduction, re-use and recycling in accordance with the Waste Hierarchy

·      Manage our business operation to minimise energy & water consumption and prevent pollution

·      Include environmental and ethical considerations in our choice of suppliers and contractors

·      Comply as a minimum with all relevant environmental legislation

·      Encourage innovative solutions to business operations which have the potential to impact on the environment.

·      Adopt recognised environmental management best practice across all our activities.

To meet our commitments we will:

·      Set and monitor key objectives and targets for managing our environmental performance at least annually.

·      Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure our environmental policy sits front and centre in all our business activities.

·      Engage with our people, service partners and suppliers to advance improved environmental performance.

·      Promote awareness of sustainability and environmental issues in the services we provide to our clients.

·       Review this environmental policy at least annually to ensure continual improvement is delivered
